Club Shop Customer FAQ
Because all our orders are made to order this can sometimes cause delays however, we will always ensure that every order placed (subject to availability) is dispatched as soon as possible. If a product is not in stock at the time of ordering it will need to be re-ordered from the supplier which can sometimes cause a delay however aim to deliver all of our orders in 7-10 working days
This applies to orders received Monday to Friday and all mainland UK deliveries will be sent via Royal Mail Tracked.
We have two options available at checkout. You can either have your order shipped directly to an address of your choosing or collect from your club shop representative. This is usually at your sports club facilities. Please check with your club shop representative.
All of our products are available to be shipped worldwide. Please see options at checkout.
Customers will be contacted directly if there are any deficits with their order and given the following options:
– We will offer you a full refund for the item that is out of stock.
– We will issue you with a new delivery date for products affected – part orders will be shipped.
– We will offer you the option to change the product, size or colour.
